About the role

We are seeking a seasoned QE Pre-Sales professional to lead solutioning and consultative engagements for global clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Quality Engineering practices, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to craft compelling proposals that align with business objectives.

What you'll do

• Lead QE solution design for RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals
• Define QE strategy, automation frameworks, and performance engineering approaches tailored to client needs
• Conduct discovery workshops with CXOs and technology leaders
• Present QE capabilities, differentiators, and value propositions
• Drive innovation in QE offerings (AI/ML in testing, shift-left, DevOps integration)
