About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, detail-oriented professional to bring ideas to life, manage end-to-end event execution , and create exceptional experiences for senior technology leaders, industry experts, and global technology partners.
What you'll do
- Manage event project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and flagging risks to your Manager early
- Source, negotiate with, and manage venues, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring contracts and deliverables are met
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and internal teams to align event content, agendas, speakers, and promotion
- Manage agenda, website updates and on-site experience, including speaker and analyst support, branding, giveaways and activations
- Maintain event data and reporting, prepare post-event reports and de-brief calls
