About the role
We are looking for an Operations Specialist – Liability Operations (E) to join our Retail Liability Operations team. This role is responsible for authorizing customer requests and managing related activities through end-to-end coordination with internal stakeholders such as branches and relationship managers.
What you'll do
- Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing
- Execute data entry for account opening and service requests as per defined guidelines
- Handle transaction processing, reconciliation, and vendor coordination
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all operational activities
- Maintain closed-loop coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless processing and resolution
