About the role
The Informatics Delivery Engineer provides scientific and technical expertise to support sales and ensure successful solution delivery for customers. This role spans the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales consultation and demonstrations to post-sales implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations
- Configure the SLIMS platform to match the lab's requirements
- Build plugins for connecting instruments or displaying custom forms or portals
- Act as the customer voice to influence future product design to meet customer needs
- Lead or support project delivery, ensuring solutions are implemented effectively
