As a Salesforce Senior Developer within the Agilent IT Team, you will be part of a high-performing global team responsible for delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
What you'll do
- Support Sales Cloud functionality, including account, contact, opportunity, lead, forecast, territory, and related sales process capabilities
- Develop and support Salesforce Data Cloud and CRM Analytics capabilities to enable data-driven insights, segmentation, reporting, and business decision-making
- Create technical design documents, unit test plans, deployment plans, and other development artifacts required to support high-quality delivery
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes that improve platform stability and user experience
