What you'll do
- Support the intake, analysis, documentation, and refinement of business requirements across Health Cloud, Data Science, and Data Visualization initiatives
- Facilitate backlog grooming, story refinement sessions, sprint planning activities, and other Agile ceremonies where required
- Coordinate with business and technical teams to identify dependencies, risks, assumptions, and implementation considerations
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, test case creation, execution coordination, and defect management
- Develop and maintain process documentation, training materials, knowledge articles, and operational procedures
