About the role
The Operations Engineer cum Supervisor is responsible for executing daily production activities, supervising CNC/VMC machining operations, assembly, and testing of gear pumps. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, machine utilization, and shop‑floor discipline while leading operators and technicians.
What you'll do
- Production Execution & Supervision
- Execute daily production plans for machining, assembly, and testing operations
- Supervise CNC/VMC operators and shop‑floor manpower
- Ensure achievement of shift‑wise production targets
- Monitor WIP and ensure smooth material flow on the shop floor
