About the role
The Operations Manager is responsible for end‑to‑end manufacturing operations of gear pumps, including CNC & VMC machining, assembly, testing, quality, production planning, and logistics. The role ensures operational excellence, productivity, quality compliance, cost control, and on‑time delivery through effective utilization of in‑house CNC/VMC capabilities.
What you'll do
- Lead daily manufacturing operations including machining, assembly, testing, and dispatch
- Ensure smooth coordination between Production, Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Planning teams
- Achieve production targets as per customer delivery commitments
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization
- CNC / VMC Machining Operations
