About the role
The role will integrate internal performance data with customer, channel, installed base, market, competition and macroeconomic intelligence to provide one reliable view of the business and convert insights into measurable action.
What you'll do
- Business performance & executive reporting: Own standardized dashboards, scorecards and business-review packs covering orders, revenue, backlog, pipeline, price, margin
- Service, aftermarket & installed base: Develop visibility of equipment installed base, contract coverage, parts potential, warranty conversion, renewal, churn
- Market & competitive intelligence: Track competitor activity, imports, sector investments, customer projects
- Product, pricing & profitability: Provide price-volume-mix, discount, margin-leakage, product profitability and portfolio insights to support pricing, localization
- Operations & supply chain analytics: Connect demand forecasts with production, procurement and inventory. Identify delivery, capacity, material, supplier
