About the role
The Projects & Proposal Engineer is responsible for monitoring the preparation and timely submission of techno-commercial offers, tenders, and proposals while providing continuous support to the sales team.
What you'll do
- Review and monitor customer enquiries to ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, bids, and online/offline tenders
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals in compliance with customer specifications and tender requirements
- Maintain and update customer and client contact databases
- Visit customers for technical discussions, clarification meetings, and techno-commercial negotiations
- Monitor project orders and ensure timely submission, resubmission, and approval of post-order documents
