About the role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Cell Process function at our advanced Solar Cell Manufacturing Plant. This role is responsible for establishing and optimizing TOPCon cell manufacturing processes, ensuring high-yield production, maintaining strict cleanroom standards, and driving continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Monitor and maintain control of key process parameters to meet target efficiency, yield, and throughput
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, Lean, DOE, and SPC methodologies
- Conduct structured process trials to improve process capability (Cp, Cpk) and reduce variability
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process deviations, yield losses, and recurring defects
- Implement CAPA and long-term corrective measures to stabilize processes
