About the role
The role is responsible for establishing and maintaining world‑class quality systems, ensuring stringent process control, and achieving high efficiency and reliability in N-Type TOPCon solar cell production. The incumbent will drive defect reduction, ensure compliance with international standards, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within a controlled cleanroom environment.
What you'll do
- Monitor quality parameters across the cell manufacturing line to ensure target efficiency, yield, and reliability
- Drive defect identification, classification, RCA, and CAPA implementation for process-related issues
- Establish strong controls for electrical testing, optical inspection, micro-crack detection, and reliability checks
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001, SEMI, customer-specific standards, and regulatory norms
- Lead internal quality audits and support external certification and customer audits
