About the role
The Team Lead – Cell Process will support the development, stabilization, and optimization of TOPCon solar cell manufacturing processes. This role will work closely with senior process leaders to ensure high‑yield operations, strict cleanroom discipline, and robust process control.
What you'll do
- Monitor key process parameters to support achievement of target efficiency, yield, and throughput
- Conduct daily process checks, run trials, and implement improvements using SPC, DOE, and Lean tools
- Support enhancement of process capability (Cp, Cpk) by reducing variability and stabilizing operations
- Lead first‑level troubleshooting for deviations, yield drops, and recurring defects
- Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementation of CAPA actions
