About the role
We are looking for a Director – Growth Strategy to drive the next phase of D2C This role will own high-impact strategic initiatives aimed at unlocking the next 50 million subscribers, with a strong focus on consumer insights, monetisation levers, and cross-functional execution. The role requires a rare blend of consumer intuition, analytical rigor, and execution depth, working closely with Content, Product, Analytics, Marketing and Partnerships teams.
What you'll do
- Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Define and drive the roadmap to acquire the next XXM D2C subscribers
- Identify new growth vectors across pricing, packaging, distribution, and content
- Build strategies for non-digitally native and under-penetrated segments in India
