About the role
We are looking for a high-energy Program / Project Manager to help build and scale our Consumer Engagement/ Loyalty business. This is a highly execution-oriented role for someone who can think strategically, get into the details, rally teams, and make things happen.
What you'll do
- Drive end-to-end programs across the Consumer Engagement/ Loyalty business - from defining the problem and building the roadmap to execution, launch
- Work closely with Product, Technology, Digital, Marketing, Analytics, Partnerships and Operations teams to get initiatives delivered
- Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, execution plans, milestones, owners and KPIs
- Run multiple workstreams simultaneously, proactively identify dependencies and relentlessly follow through on actions and deadlines
- Bring structure to ambiguous problems and create clear, practical solutions that teams can execute
