About the role
Working closely with the VP of Business Operations, you will contribute to high-impact initiatives that shape organizational priorities and improve company-wide performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Finance, People, and Go-to-Market, gaining broad exposure to business operations and executive decision-making.
What you'll do
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Coordinate and manage the company's goal-setting processes, monitoring progress against key objectives and identifying potential deviations
- Support leadership in defining, implementing, and tracking Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment across departments
- Conduct market, business, and operational research to develop actionable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making
- Analyze organizational performance and help identify opportunities to improve execution and achieve business objectives
