The WFG Director ESHQ will lead the development and execution of the organization’s Environmental, Safety, Health, and Quality (ESHQ) strategy, ensuring the highest standards of operational safety, regulatory compliance, and quality management.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and oversee organization-wide ESHQ policies, procedures, programs, and management systems
• Align ESHQ strategies with organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations
• Design, deliver, and oversee employee training programs covering safety protocols, quality standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate training effectiveness regularly and implement improvements to strengthen employee knowledge and compliance
• Conduct workplace inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and verify compliance across facilities, equipment, and operational practices
