Producer / Head of Studio

About the role

As Producer / Head of Studio, you will take strategic and operational ownership of the complete game development pipeline, overseeing the creation and delivery of high-quality online slot games. You will lead the end-to-end production lifecycle, from initial concept and creative development through certification, launch and post-launch optimisation.

What you'll do

• Own the end-to-end production pipeline: Oversee the complete lifecycle of all slot game projects, from initial concept and planning through development, certification
• Shape the game portfolio: Define and manage the studio's game development slate, identifying themes
• Lead licensed and branded content production: Manage the development of branded slot titles
• Manage multidisciplinary teams: Coordinate and lead cross-functional workstreams involving game designers, mathematicians, artists, audio specialists, engineers
• Establish production standards: Develop and implement effective production methodologies, documentation processes
