About the role
As a Promo Writer, you will create compelling, performance-driven video promotions for short-form drama and microdrama content. You will transform full episodes into engaging promotional stories that capture attention, spark curiosity, and encourage viewers to install the app.
What you'll do
- Create promotional content: Develop engaging, high-performing video promos for microdramas across multiple formats and digital advertising channels
- Write compelling scripts: Craft attention-grabbing Hindi scripts, scroll-stopping hooks, on-screen text (supers)
- Identify compelling storylines: Watch complete shows and episodes to identify the strongest scenes, memorable characters, emotional moments, conflicts, twists
- Develop persuasive messaging: Translate each show's central concept and unique selling points into concise
- Collaborate with creative teams: Work closely with video editors to communicate creative concepts, refine scripts
