What you'll do
- Edit and refine text datasets used to train conversational AI systems
- Write original text datasets from scratch, ensuring consistency with the intended conversational style and audience
- Test new chatbot versions, evaluate their responses, and provide clear, actionable feedback on errors and areas for improvement
- Label and annotate data to support model training and performance evaluation
- Create additional creative content as required to support product and content development
