About the role
You will translate complex business needs into practical solutions, helping improve systems, processes, reporting, and controls across multiple countries. Working closely with HR leaders and cross-functional partners, you will lead solution design, define requirements, and ensure that implementations meet business and compliance needs.
What you'll do
- In this role, you will advance HR analytics, compliance, data governance, and technology solutions by connecting operational needs with effective processes and systems
- HR Analytics, Data Integrity & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and improve recurring and ad hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce metrics
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to define, document, and monitor KPIs aligned with organizational objectives
