Weekend Localization & Interpreting Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to coordinate localization and interpreting projects in a fully remote, international environment. Acting as the key connection between clients and a global network of freelance translators and interpreters, you will oversee projects from initial planning through final delivery.

What you'll do

• As a Localization & Interpreting Project Manager, you will take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, ensuring efficient coordination, clear communication
• Evaluate project costs and prepare accurate budgets and quotations for clients
• Coordinate all project phases, estimate resource requirements, and establish realistic deadlines for successful delivery
• Use project management tools such as Plunet for time tracking and maintain full accountability for assignments from initiation to completion
• Monitor project progress, manage project status, and ensure that deadlines and quality expectations are consistently met
