IT Support Specialist with CCTV Expertise

About the role

We’re seeking a tech-savvy IT professional with hands-on experience in CCTV systems to support and maintain our organization's digital infrastructure and surveillance technologies. This hybrid role involves managing network systems, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and ensuring optimal performance of CCTV installations.

What you'll do

• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems, including IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and monitoring software
• Provide technical support for IT systems including desktops, servers, and network devices
• Monitor and analyze CCTV footage for security incidents and system performance
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on both IT and CCTV equipment
• Collaborate with security teams to ensure integration of surveillance systems with broader IT infrastructure
