About the role
As a Manager – Business & Partnerships at Teachmint, you will drive business growth by building and managing strategic partner networks across your assigned region. You will work closely with channel partners, schools, and internal teams to generate leads, drive closures, and expand Teachmint’s technology products while ensuring strong partner engagement and revenue growth.
What you'll do
- Identifying and onboarding partners in the assigned territory and ensuring partner activation
- Coordinating with the sales team, institutes, and partners to ensure smooth communication to drive
- Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Regularly connecting and visiting partners to ensure a continuous flow of leads
