As a Talent Acquisition Manager at JLL, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting and securing top talent across our Leasing Advisory, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions teams throughout the South region while leading campus hiring initiatives. This individual contributor position puts you at the heart of building high-performing teams that drive our business forward.
What you'll do

- Leverage this network to identify exceptional candidates who will thrive in our dynamic commercial real estate environment
- Source passive and active candidates through diverse channels including direct outreach, professional networking platforms, industry events, employee referrals
- Support & drive the Early Career Program initiatives to build a robust pipeline of emerging talent
- Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers across Leasing, Capital Markets, and Corporate Functions through regular touchpoints, proactive communication
