What you'll do
- Responsible for Recruitment operations & end to end recruitment
- Maintain minimum 18-20 joiners in a month
- Manage effective source of hire. Direct sourcing, leverage external career site, Professional networking site, drive internal talent mobility etc
- Partnering with stakeholders and execute all the aspects of TA to drive the deliverables of the Account along with Manager
