About the role
JLL is seeking an experienced Planning Lead to manage end-to-end project planning and scheduling for the Semiconductor Project in Dholera. This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling the master project schedule across all phases and packages, ensuring the project remains on track against committed timelines.
What you'll do
- The Planning Lead will be responsible for developing and maintaining the integrated master schedule for the project, incorporating inputs from all contractors, vendors
- The role involves establishing the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), defining activity sequencing and logic
- The role holder will drive critical path analysis on an ongoing basis, proactively identifying schedule risks, delays, and bottlenecks
- They will be responsible for monitoring contractor-submitted schedules for alignment with the master programme, flagging deviations
- Additionally, the Planning Lead will prepare and present periodic progress reports, S-curves, look-ahead schedules
