About the role
JLL is seeking a highly experienced QAQC Lead to oversee quality assurance and quality control operations for the Semiconductor fabrication project in Dholera, Gujarat. This is a critical senior leadership position accountable for establishing, implementing, and governing the project-wide Quality Management System (QMS) across all construction disciplines, including civil, structural, MEP, and specialized cleanroom/high-purity systems.
What you'll do
- Quality Management System (QMS) Development & Governance
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the project-wide QMS in alignment with contractual, statutory, and client-specific requirements
- Establish quality control procedures, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection protocols tailored to semiconductor facility construction
- Ensure QMS documentation is version-controlled, audit-ready, and accessible to relevant stakeholders at all times
- Benchmark QMS practices against industry best practices for complex industrial and cleanroom facilities
