About the role
JLL is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial/Billing Head to lead the commercial and billing function for the Semiconductor Project in Dholera. This is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing all commercial and billing operations on a large-scale industrial/semiconductor manufacturing project, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial closure across all project phases.
What you'll do
- Lead the end-to-end commercial and billing function for the project, managing contractor and vendor bill certification, measurement verification
- They will be responsible for establishing and monitoring commercial controls, ensuring that billing processes align with contract terms, BOQ provisions
- The role involves close coordination with the Project Director, finance teams, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth financial flow and dispute resolution
- The role holder will drive variation and change order evaluation, claims management, and final account settlement for large-value packages
- They will be accountable for maintaining accurate commercial documentation, cost tracking
