- Manage tenant relationships through regular communication, lease administration, and prompt resolution of service requests or concerns
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance programs, emergency repairs, and capital improvement projects
- Develop and manage annual property budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare detailed variance reports for ownership
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for operational improvements
