What you'll do
- Manage complex hiring initiatives, lead workforce planning efforts, and supervise a specialized team of 1-5 Talent Acquisition professionals
- Lead large-scale hiring programs for Workplace Management/Facility Management across multiple locations
- Partner with senior leaders to develop workforce plans aligned with growth targets
- Design innovative multi-channel sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill roles
- Build talent communities and stay current on sourcing technologies and intelligence tools
