Associate - Process Manager

About the role

Support implementation and ongoing execution of records controls in business processes, platforms, and shared repositories. Provide guidance, training, and communications to increase awareness and adherence to recordkeeping expectations. Monitor issues and risks (e.g., gaps in recordkeeping, storage hygiene, retention exceptions), track remediation actions, and escalate as needed.

What you'll do

• Act as the CCB liaison for records and information management, coordinating with central teams and Records/Information Management partners
• Support implementation and ongoing execution of records controls in business processes, platforms, and shared repositories
• Provide guidance, training, and communications to increase awareness and adherence to recordkeeping expectations
• Monitor issues and risks (e.g., gaps in recordkeeping, storage hygiene, retention exceptions), track remediation actions, and escalate as needed
• Assist with audits, exams, inquiries, and internal assessments by coordinating evidence gathering and status updates
