Executive Director - Global Setup Head – Billing Operations

About the role

You will lead billing setup and invoice clearing outcomes while helping launch and scale our new Bangalore site alongside teams in Plano and Manila. This role is ideal if you enjoy simplifying complex workflows, strengthening controls, and delivering measurable operational impact. You will partner closely with product, technology, and control teams to modernize tooling and reduce manual effort.

What you'll do

• Lead global delivery of billing setup and invoice clearing processes across Plano, Manila, and Bangalore, producing thousands of invoices monthly
• Own end-to-end setup execution including client onboarding, incremental account changes, invoice reconciliation, and invoice clearing routines
• Drive process redesign to reduce manual steps and strengthen controls across setup, implementation, and invoice clearing workflows
• Partner with product and technology teams to deliver tooling enhancements that improve throughput, accuracy, and exception handling
• Standardize and improve invoice clearing and reconciliation processes to reduce breaks, aging, and rework while improving client outcomes
