Quality Leader - Design at Koch. As a Quality Leader – Design at Molex, a Koch company, you will lead engineering quality excellence by driving drawing quality, 3D CAD model quality.
What you'll do
- In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for engineering drawing standards, GD&T, CAD quality
- Partner closely with design engineering, product development, quality, and manufacturing teams to establish quality frameworks, conduct technical audits
- Engineering Drawing & CAD Quality Leadership
- Own engineering drawing quality, 3D CAD model quality, and documentation compliance across engineering teams
- Establish and govern drawing review processes, release criteria, and engineering quality standards
