About the role
This is a high-ownership role, reporting directly to the central HQ in Bangalore.
What you'll do
- Drive anchor sales with companies having annual revenues ranging from ₹50 to ₹1,000 crore
- Design and implement Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for anchor clients
- Build, manage, and grow assigned portfolios while ensuring consistent performance
- Lead a team of on-ground executives, ensuring excellent customer experience and operational efficiency
- Ensure portfolio hygiene and manage collections effectively
