About the role

We are seeking an experienced candidate to lead our collections strategy and operations across diverse regions. This critical leadership role involves managing high-value collections, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving recovery in 500+ DPD (Days Past Due) accounts while mitigating risk.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement robust collection strategies for accounts in the 500+ DPD category
• Oversee the management of collections teams across multiple zones, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to targets
• Utilize legal frameworks and risk mitigation techniques to improve collection efficiency
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, legal partners, and external agencies
• Monitor regional performance and adapt strategies to address cultural and regional diversity effectively
