About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Cluster Head to lead and manage our two-wheeler loan business across multiple branches within a designated cluster. The Cluster Head will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and achieving business targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales management, a deep understanding of the two-wheeler loan market, and exceptional leadership skills.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the business targets for the cluster
- Monitor and drive sales performance across all region within the cluster, ensuring consistent achievement of targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch managers and sales teams to ensure high performance and professional growth
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
