And by transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world.
What you'll do
- Play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises
- Be responsible for developing + diversifying business in line with financial + volume targets
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products
- Report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required
- Maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems
