About the role
Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), mass and energy balances. Support design and optimization of dairy processing systems including: Milk reception and storage, Pasteurization and sterilization. Recommend suitable process technologies and equipment based on product requirements, Food safety and business objectives.
What you'll do
- Provide technical expertise for End to End integrated Dairy plants from milk reception to value-added dairy product manufacturing
- Develop and review process flow diagrams (PFDs), process and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), mass and energy balances
- Recommend suitable process technologies and equipment based on product requirements, Food safety and business objectives
- Review and approve technical specifications for dairy processing equipment
- Support vendor evaluations, technical bid assessments, and FAT/SAT activities
