About the role
The Assistant Manager – Mould Room will be responsible for safeguarding the productivity of critical injection moulds in the manufacturing line. This role drives preventive and corrective maintenance, rapid breakdown response, spare‑parts management and technical upgrades while ensuring compliance with ISO standards and cost‑control targets.
What you'll do
- Responsible for safeguarding the productivity of critical injection moulds in the manufacturing line
- Act as the primary toolroom liaison for internal teams and external vendors, supporting trials
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of injection moulds according to the defined maintenance plan
- Conduct systematic troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis for recurring mould failures and implement permanent corrective actions
- Maintain up‑to‑date mould history cards, maintenance logs, breakdown records and ISO documentation
