About the role
The role requires strong mechanical engineering fundamentals, hands‑on 3D design using Catia (or equivalent), and the ability to collaborate across electrical, manufacturing, and marketing teams to deliver market‑ready solutions quickly. Lead NPD projects for wiring device products from concept through production release.
What you'll do
- Lead NPD projects for wiring device products from concept through production release
- Manage LCM activities, including design revisions, reliability testing, and end‑of‑life planning
- Create and validate 3D models and detailed drawings using Catia or equivalent CAD tools
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, quality) to ensure design feasibility
- Develop and maintain product specifications, bill of materials, and technical documentation
