About the role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Telecaller to join the Eaze team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, onboarding, and supporting Wellness Buddies on the platform. You will play a key role in expanding and nurturing our Wellness Buddy community by building relationships, driving onboarding efforts, and ensuring they are equipped to provide an exceptional user experience.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing Wellness Buddies to introduce Eaze and its opportunities
- Identify, screen, and onboard suitable Wellness Buddies who align with platform guidelines and quality standards
- Follow up on leads generated through sourcing channels, referrals, campaigns, and internal databases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wellness Buddies throughout their journey on the platform
- Educate Wellness Buddies about platform features, policies, onboarding requirements, and engagement best practices
