About the role
The Online Producers/ Operations/ Design Team is responsible for ensuring consistent, repeatable design and execution of E-commerce creative assets and experiences supporting Online teams across Digital Commerce. The team partners extensively with cross functional Business, Product and Technology teams to ensure that owned digital assets are accurate, current and provide the best possible customer experience
What you'll do
- Assist with the execution of workflow with multiple business and technology stakeholders ensuring alignment with overallbusiness objectives
- Involved with new process improvements and implementation
- Responsible for project completion on a daily basis and ensuring/understating on time every time error free execution
- Work closely with design, operations and various other teams to ensure seamless integration of initiative across all channels
- Involved in issue resolution; and partners with additional support teams when issue resolution requires system deep-dive
