About the role
We are seeking a skilled, accountable, and proactive IT Manager / Systems Administration Team Lead to join our Corporate IT team.This role will be responsible for leading IT operations, managing and maintaining core infrastructure, ensuring reliable end-user support, and driving disciplined execution across systems, services, and support processes.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain Active Directory (AD), including user provisioning, access management, and group administration
- Configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server 2016 and 2019 environments
- Technically skilled Administer Office 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, ensuring optimal functionality and security
- Act as a SharePoint Admin, managing site collections, permissions, storage allocation, automated archiving and workflows to enhance collaboration
- Act as an Intune Admin, managing device deployments, app deployments, device configuration deployments, and troubleshooting
