About the role
The Atlassian JIRA Engineer will be part of the Engineering team An Atlassian Engineer (Jira Engineer) configures, administers, and optimizes Atlassian tools—primarily Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence—to streamline team workflows and improve project management. They customize workflows, manage permissions, integrate tools, and maintain system performance, usually requiring 8+ years of experience, scripting skills, and strong analytical.
What you'll do
- Administration & Configuration: Install, configure, and maintain Jira and Confluence, including creating complex workflows, custom fields, screens, and dashboards
- Handle L3 support tickets individually with in agreed SLAs
- Collaborate with business and functional leads to socialise technology projects and obtain cross functional approvals from Legal, Group Risk, Compliance, LCH Ltd/LCH SA
