About the role
Muller's Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Integration/Infrastructure Specialist (MID Server, GCP, SSO) to join our team and support enterprise integration and infrastructure initiatives within the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in ServiceNow integrations, MID Server administration, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable platform connectivity.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot ServiceNow MID Servers
- Monitor and ensure the health, performance, and availability of MID Servers across environments
- Design and support secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including SSO implementations
- Configure and maintain identity federation solutions using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and LDAP/Active Directory
