About the role
Müller's Solutions is looking for a skilled ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic portfolio management solutions using the ServiceNow platform to help organizations align their portfolios with business objectives and drive better decision-making.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow SPM solutions aligned with enterprise strategy and governance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective architectural designs for SPM modules including demand management
- Develop and enforce best practices and governance frameworks for effective portfolio oversight
- Integrate SPM solutions with other ServiceNow modules and external systems to provide end-to-end visibility and reporting
- Drive automation of workflows to improve process efficiency and data accuracy
