Müller's Solutions is seeking a dedicated ServiceNow SPM Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on the strategic portfolio management (SPM) aspect within ServiceNow, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation and enhancement of SPM solutions that align with business objectives.
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to ServiceNow SPM modules
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and workflows within ServiceNow SPM
- Work closely with development and configuration teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to communicate solutions and gather feedback
- Assist in testing activities including the development of test cases, conducting UAT, and ensuring high-quality deliverables
