About the role
Müller’s Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ServiceNow System Administrator to maintain our ServiceNow platform and ensure its optimal performance. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, monitoring, and supporting the ServiceNow environment, along with ensuring that the platform meets user and business requirements effectively.
What you'll do
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including system configuration, module updates, and user management
- Support platform upgrades and new implementations, working closely with stakeholders to assess needs and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize functionality
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configuration, administration processes, and user guides
- Provide technical support for users, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when necessary
