What you'll do
- Responsible for managing North America (NAM) Tender customers and ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution of tender-related activities
- Handle all negotiation rounds of Tender for Non-KC Customer Segmentation, ORA, Fast Quote, Seasonal Sync requests received online
- Supporting the Dispute and IQ team on improving quality deliverables
- Preparing, reviewing and validating customer tender templates and rate sheet using approved product rates
